Anhui Zhongji Battery Foil Sci & Tech Co. , Ltd is located in Suixi , China, with a total US$653 million investment and an area of 0.41 square kilometers. It was acquired in 2017 by Jiangsu Zhongji New Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Wanshun Group (stock code: 300057), and named it Anhui Zhongji Battery Foil Sci & Tech Co. , Ltd. in 2021. 

Anhui Zhongji has the entire aluminum foil production technology and equipments, 4 major workshops : Casting and rolling, Cold rolling, Foil rolling and Precision cutting. The main products are aluminum strips and battery foils. The production capacity of battery foil rolls ranks second in the country. In 2022,  gradually enter the supply chain system of well-known domestic battery companies such as CATL. 

To expand the supply capacity, Zhongji decided to further increase equipments and expand production. In June 2022, 2 new casting and rolling production lines had been built, and the annual production capacity of aluminum strips had been greatly increased; At the same time, 3 new aluminum foil rolling production lines are expected to be built in 2023, and will have 8 aluminum foil production lines by then.      

In order to quickly adapt to the needs of the new energy market, Wanshun headquarters invested the extra US$305 millions to build a power and energy storage battery foil project with an annual 100,000 tons output in Anhui Zhongji，would cover an new area of about 8,000 square meters, 12 new added aluminum foil rolling mills, and introduce the world-class equipment & technology for key production equipment and core components. It is expected to be put into production in 2024. After the full completion, Anhui Zhongji will have 20 power battery foil production lines, would be the largest professional battery foil factory and a first-class supplier of automotive-grade aluminum foil in the country.
